Flowers and other ‘extras'We always have fresh flowers on
display. However, if you prefer to bring in your own or have a florist
provide this service for you - you are welcome. We are happy to discuss
any requirements you might have from us regarding flowers, candles and
music etc and we would charge accordingly. Equally, if you prefer
specific furniture, crockery; linen etc. you are welcome to hire these
in at a cost to yourselves. There are many green and thical local suppliers available, we have compiled a list for ease of reference, just ask if you would like a copy. The Uniqueness and Creativity we offer means:
We
pride ourselves on our flexible and creative approach to weddings.
However, working to these ideals is very demanding on our resources -
much more so than with a ‘regimented' system. The domestic demands that
are made upon the staff and house and the constant management needed to ensure standards are maintained incur heavy labour costs. Consequently,
we must charge for any ‘extra' labours that are unprepared for.
Children are very welcome at Hazelwood, and we request that due
consideration is given to their well being in the planning stages. It
is important for everybody's health & safety that responsibility is
taken for them. Deposits and TermsInitial non-refundable deposit to secure wedding date £500 Accommodation non-refundable deposit £1000 Numbers attending need to be confirmed no later than 2 weeks before the day.

Should you require ‘sole occupancy' for the weekend a fee is charged - see below Full payment for the wedding and reception must be made before departure, in cash or by cheque, payable to: ‘Hazelwood' Individual Payments for accommodation from guests can be paid by credit card.
