Price guide for Workshops and Seminars The following is a guide to our pricing and requirements for groups and workshops held at Hazelwood.We have 14 rooms in the main house with the capacity to accommodate up to 30 people. Cottages within the Grounds can be used if extra rooms are required. Full board shared accommodation is from £68 inclusive of vat per person per day for a group of over 14 people. Single rooms are a supplement of £15 per night and there is a limit of 4 single rooms in the main house. If some of the larger double rooms are used as a single, they may incur a higher price. The price includes the use of a group room, continental breakfast, soup and salad type lunch and a two course evening meal ( we use as much organic and local produce as possible). If 'break-out' rooms are required, the overall cost may be affected. We are fully licensed should guests wish to purchase drinks in the evenings. We require a clear list of names and dietry requirements at least two weeks before the start of the workshop. Any cancellations after this time must be paid for in full. Hazelwood does not take responsibility for advertising your gatherings unless an agreement is made beforehand. An immediate non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount due will secure the date. The balance of payment must be made two weeks prior to the workshop or seminar start date. Cheques can be made payable to 'Hazelwood'. We have wireless internet access in the main house. |
